One of the flag developments of the bituminous plant is B-Tech 422, developed in collaboration with remmers international corporation. B-Tech 422 is a two-component bituminous sealing material, enhanced with polymers and quick-drying for application by double barrel spraying. The material was developed based on a polymer-enhanced bituminous emulsion, together with a hardening solution to obtain an immediate, flexible, durable sealing surface for bridging gaps, with excellent surface adhesion.
The material is of high output (over 1,000 m2 in one workday by a small team), resistant to standing water, may be applied on light surfaces, with especially high capacity for recovery and protection against passage of radon gas and other soil gases.

B-Tech 422 is suitable for sealing underground surfaces (plinth/revetment walls, basements, piles, etc.), roofs, water reservoirs, and floors (parking facilities, bridges, logistical surfaces, etc.).
